Note: Membership dues for July thru December are 1/2 rate: $62.50 adult, $75.00 family.

Dues may be paid in cash at the club meetings or by check mailed to our Treasurer, George Scott, 10346 Fairchild Road, Spring Hill FL 34608. Please include a self addressed envelope.
Membership Services
- Coordinate with our Membership Coordinator to arrange a day / time to meet at the field for an informational orientation. In the Membership Coordinator's absence contact any club officer.
- Complete and review club application for completeness.
- At the field, go through the New Members Checklist, cover all field rules, AMA marking requirements on all planes, New Flyers Quick Reference Guide, New Member Solo Checklist, Gate process, padlock and website codes.
- After membership dues are paid in full the Membership Coordinator will issue the new member a Red or Solo card as required. (SOLO card requires memberships dues paid in full) Coordinate and socialize new member introductions with current members and send a club wide email introducing the new member.
- If RED card member, the Membership Coordinator will facilitate introductions with several IP instructors and follow up to ensure that the student is progressing towards solo.
- New members will be issued a card holder by the Membership Coordinator with instructions regarding what needs to be in it (AMA card, TRUST card, Club name badge) and that the card holder needs to be worn at all times while flying.
- When a Red Card member is upgraded to Solo, the Membership Coordinator will issue a solo card and notify all club officers
- All completed applications and payments go to the HCRCC Treasurer. The Treasurer will add the new member to HCRCC and AMA’s rosters.
- A family membership shall consist of the member, may include the member’s spouse and the member’s children up to the age 19, all of whom must be living at the same address. All family members of the Club must also be AMA members and completed the TRUST program.
- A Junior member MUST:
- Be younger than 19 years old.
- Be sponsored by a current member in good standing.
- Be an AMA member and completed the TRUST program. Have the application signed by a parent or guardian.
- Junior Privileges and restrictions include the following:
- Flying at the field under the direct supervision of the sponsor, or other club member.
- Attendance at all Club functions under the direct supervision of the sponsor. If the sponsor leaves the Club, the junior member must leave unless another sponsor is found.
